Credit terms

These terms explain how the prepaid credits (your balance) on ai-search.work ("Best Offer") work. They supplement our Terms of Service.
1. What credits are for
Credits pay only for Best Offer’s own paid features, such as AI analysis of vacancies, AI CV generation and AI searches. The price of every action is shown before it runs, and the credits are deducted before the action starts. If an action fails on our side, its credits are returned to your balance automatically.
2. Credits stay on the platform
Credits can be used only on Best Offer. They cannot be paid out in cash, transferred to another user, or used with any third party.
3. No refunds during normal use
A purchase of credits is final: during normal use, credits are not refunded as money. Your mandatory rights as a consumer, including any statutory right of withdrawal, are not affected.
4. Paid credits and bonus credits
Paid credits (bought by you) never expire. Bonus credits (granted to you for free — for example referral rewards, promo codes or goodwill credits) expire 6 months after they were granted. Bonus credits are always used before paid credits, those expiring soonest first. Your balance page shows how many bonus credits you have and when the next ones expire.
5. Closing your account
When you delete your account, your unused paid credits are refunded to the payment method you used, within 30 days. Bonus credits are forfeited and not refunded. If you have not received your refund, write to privacy@ai-search.work.
6. Payments
Payments are processed by our payment providers (Polar or Stripe); we never receive or store your card number.
7. Changes
If we change these terms, the version in force when you bought your credits continues to apply to them in your favour. German law applies, as described in our Terms of Service.
