1. The licence

Subject to these terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the service for your personal job search. You may not reverse engineer, scrape, or use automated access against the service, and you may not copy or republish its outputs for a competing purpose (Vision §10.3.1).

2. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of any data you upload (CV, LinkedIn profile, extra context) and for the security of your own account credentials and any mailbox you connect.

3. No warranty; limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of fitness for a particular purpose and exclude liability for indirect or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding a claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable consumer-protection or data-protection law (Vision §10.2).

4. Payments

Deposits are processed by our payment provider (Stripe). We never receive or store your card number. Unused deposit balance is refundable per our published refund policy.

5. Security incidents

We maintain the security programme described in our Privacy Policy. In the event of a security incident affecting your personal data, we will notify affected users and relevant authorities as required by law.

6. Governing law

To be finalised per target jurisdiction with counsel (Vision §10.2).
